[Bug 9021] unable to read characters to navigate "wine configuration" and " wine file"

I have done some checking on the builds and they are fine. The problem should
be fixed by making a new .wine directory (backup current ~/.wine directory,
e.g. mv to ~/.wine-old and invoke wineprefixcreate or any other application
running wine).

I guess the bug can be closed as notabug.
