You have to use the actual filename of the installer, which in the case of the trial version is stcdeval.exe. The trial installs fine here, but crashes when it tries to start the installed app. Starting the app manually works, though the GUI doesn't display properly and crashes when you try to do anything. I filed bug 28967 for the initial crash.
