This causes some DXGI test failures like https://test.winehq.org/data/7096ab45444d7b7cbb926b5a51af0cbc46960ed3/win10_.... The bug is reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1477492 and it was fixed by https://github.com/freedesktop/spice-qxl-wddm-dod/commit/c35b8bc1de160acb41b.... But this fix is not included in https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-t... much for latest). Upgrading the QXL driver to 0.20 from https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.20/... fixed the issue. Please upgrade the QXL driver for TestBots.
