seem to agree that advpack's install test fails around there
for a few people in earlier release candidates, and I don't think
anything's changed...

Do you have a native advpack.dll installed? Can you remove ~/.wine and try
again?

If I remove my ~/.wine I don't have this error anymore

Then this bug is invalid. All Wine tests must be executed in clean setup.
