E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages. Bring the issue there up with the wine team.
He means the Ubuntu Wine package maintainers, Scott Ritchie and Maarten Lankhorst. UPSTREAM bugs are not marked as fixed, they are CLOSED UPSTREAM when the third party problem is solved. So, is it time to close this? Is it working properly in Ubuntu now?
