Remove ~/.wine directory, install your program into _default_ installation
directory. Use Wine created links to run it! DO NOT use ies4linux - it's not and
won't be supported here. DO NOT paste straces - they are useless. If you want to
be of any help, attach proper Wine debug output _ONLY_ after being asked to do so.
