If it doesn't wrap mouse and nothing else happens it probably means that
reading right on /dev/input/mice is not set.

But with correct rights it still does not work for me in Mount an Blade. 
The patch leads to 60 sec freeze after any mouse movement. It seems something
blocks a thread that tries to read directly from  mice.
