Perfectly Clear is an image manipulation program. When saving your work with
Save or Save As, the program crashes.
Tried on Perfectly Clear v 3.7.0.1586 -you can grab an evaluation copy here:

This bug report is 4 year old!
Currently I have installed wine 8.4, I just tried and Perfectly Clear does not
even start, it crashes immediately. I do remember that in some intermediate
versions between 4.9 and 8.4 it stopped crashing, but was unable to save the
edited image (program gave an error like "cannot save" and the output was a 0
bytes file). I hope this helps.
