Still happens ->in 2.0-rc4!
Of course it does, and it will happen in every subsequent version. As you have been told more than once, those icons have never been part of Wine and are not included in the WineHQ packages. The ones you had before were added by your distro to their packages. Either go back to using the distro packages or add shortcuts of your own using your menu editor. This is all stated clearly in https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu. Please stop leaving comments and opening bugs about this.
