Perhaps it's looking for updates in the background, as it fiddles with files in .wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/dkegel/Application Data/Adobe/AIR/update/background and is doing requests like this: trace:wininet:HttpOpenRequestW (0x2, L"HEAD", L"", (null), L"app:/AMP.swf", 0x1ab738, 8040c000, 008c12c0) But I would expect it to put up a GUI or something. Gives me an error:
"This application requires a version of Adobe Air which is no longer supported. Please contact the application author for an updated version."
Still present in 1.2.
