I tested out a Thinkpad T60p today and it's X1600-based video card only works
with the vesa and fglrx drivers. To get 3d working, I have to use the fglrx
driver. It made Wine crash, but then I remembered this bug. So I have gone ahead
and added a quick blurb about the UseFastTLS option on the wine wiki:

I'm going to go ahead and mark the bug as resolved.
