[Bug 19700] New: Menubar fails to show up in Baraha

Before, I could just click in the space where it should be a few times and it would show up. Now, it just doesn't show up period. I have had this bug ever since I started using wine last year. I'm not sure where this bug should be located. If this is in the wrong place, please let me know and I will move it to the appropriate place.
