[Bug 25129] New: Installation of the New Atlas of the British and Irish Flora CD-ROM stops due to msiexec.exe program error

When running the PAInstaller.msi programme on this CD-ROM, the installation
stops while registering extension servers.  The Program Error window says that
the progams msiexec.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. 
The software appears to install satisfactorily, but the graphics are not as
good as in Windows (some streaking).

Please specify Wine version and attach debug output as per
http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log to the bug report.

Only one problem should be described per bug report. Please open a new report
for this issue.

I've got the CD-ROM to run in the Oracle VM VirtualBox.

Is this still an issue in the latest development version of wine (currently
1.5.31)?
