Err, excuse me, I don't even know what wine-cvs-opengl is supposed to be
(and I don't even want to know that !!).

Fetch current Wine CVS, get these two patches from the links given, then reverse
these two patches (patch -R) and tell me whether that fixed your edit box problem.
