[Bug 3178] MDAC_TYP.EXE cannot install but could using WINE 20050628

I also found the the exact same problem for failing at
"fixme:odbc:SQLInstallerError" when installing MDAC 2.5 SP3 in
wine 20050725 and 20050830. I reverted back to 20050628 and MDAC installed
successfully like the reporter said.

When it was successfully installed on 20050628 the console output is as follow:
