[Bug 5251] Install Shield installer hangs with 0.9.13

While installing, I uncheck the check boxes 'View 'Getting Started' document now.' and 'Place a shortcut to 
PAF on your desktop.' When it is finished installing, I select 'No, I will restart my computer later.'. From the 
terminal I then run wineboot.
