[Bug 5849] oleaut32 -WinAmbulancia -couldn't set the actual date

Just noticed, my bad.

I can't really get the program to start. A popup shows for less than a second
and the program crashes afterwards. These lines appear.

Peto, can you reproduce the original problem you reported, and if yes, can you
tell me how?
