[Bug 47526] New: Ableton 10.1: black windows, unusable
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47526 Bug ID: 47526 Summary: Ableton 10.1: black windows, unusable Product: Wine Version: 4.12.1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: io(a)mikelpr.com Distribution: --- Created attachment 64917 --> https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=64917 ableton 10 main window I've been using Ableton 10 with wine since september and everything had been very good until recently. First (possibly related which is why I'm mentioning it), like three weeks ago it started to take a lot of time to launch (to its own launching screen, but that was fast). now it's just a black window. I see lots of 002b:fixme:dxgi:d3d11_swapchain_Present1 Ignored present parameters 0x23f360. and also a lot of 002b:fixme:msvcp:_Locinfo__Locinfo_ctor_cat_cstr but I think I was already seeing that when it started to take long to launch anyways, now all I see is the black window attached I'm using the fedora packages. right now I'm at wine-4.12.1-1.fc30. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. R. Dierick <o.dierick(a)piezo-forte.be> --- Bug triage notification: Hello, Issue in a single application is severity normal. Read more about severity levels descriptions there: https://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs#severity Please attach full normal (no WINEDEBUG) terminal output. Instructions to get terminal output can be found there: https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log Please also do a regression test if possible, at least to confirm the last known good wine-devel version. Instructions for regression testing can be found there: https://wiki.winehq.org/Regression_Testing Note that there has been several black screen reports in various applications lately (with 4.12.1), so this maybe a duplicate of a common issue.
