After copying the program files, the installer produces an error dialog: DirectX Setup Initialization Failed. ...which is followed by another error after clicking OK: An internal error occurred. After clicking OK again, the installer deletes all the program files from the hard drive and exits. An AppDB report shows that it worked in the past.
