Trying to uninstall BOINC 5.8.16 from "wine uninstaller" fails immediately.

Nothing else in the console.

CAValidateSetupType is a custom action which doesn't seem to do much except
read msi properties:

Some odd behaviour uninstalling with Wine 1.7.33 but it does seem to complete
with no major issue.
