Tested using both DXVK and the default WineD3D renderers. Bug is present with
both

The car reflections are completely missing in the menu, the cars look matte,
which is definitely not intended behavior.

All tracks with lakes are instead just a transparent black void, it's most
noticeable in the Deep Lake route.

Update on this: Turns out the issue is on WINE's D3DCompiler causing mayhem
with the shaders. When setting it to native instead of built-in, the issues are
now fully gone with DXVK but remain with WineD3D.
