The QuickBooks 2006 installer tries to install the .net framework 1.1
by running dotnetfx.exe.  This fails with
fixme:ver:RtlVerifyVersionInfo (0x7fb8f5dc,64,180000): Not all cases correctly
implemented yet
I'll attach the +msi log.
