	* tools/winemaker: Francois Gouget <fgouget(a)free.fr>
	Link with msvcrt and use the msvcrt headers by default to improve the
	Visual C++ compatibility.
	Add a '--nomsvcrt' option to generate makefiles that do not use
	msvcrt.
