Log of relevant errors when installing gfwl

With the GFWL offline installer from: 
https://archive.org/details/microsoftgamesforwindowslive3.5.95.0

Installing errors with 1627 for StartServices and InstallFinalise when it
reaches the wllogin_32.msi install.

Returning ERROR_SUCCESS makes the msi installable.
