Do you know if this bug also affects the Staging version of Wine?
This application requires: wine reg.exe ADD "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\X11 Driver" "/v" "GrabFullscreen" "/t" "REG_SZ" "/d" "Y" /f when run in a Wine Virtual Desktop. Wine Staging is also affected by this issue (including 2.12). To be fair this is documented on the Deus Ex: Human Revolution AppDB page. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Symptoms would be that the mouse cursor can leave the game window - when the game is run a Wine Virtual Desktop. Typically happens in a 2(+) monitor setup. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43363 --- Comment #6 from Andrey Gusev <andrey.goosev(a)gmail.com> --- (In reply to Robert Walker from comment #4) Yes, I tested with GrabFullscreen enabled, otherwise cursor goes through the edges. Also noticed that rotation issue sometime fixes by itself during level transition. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Doesn't matter if I use fullscreen or windowed, and doesn't matter if I use the "grab fullscreen" option from winecfg. I did, however, experience a different bug, where sometimes the mouse moves all over the place: the slightest mouse movement causes the camera to point in random directions on every frame, as if the sensitivity was set to 10000x of normal. The "Capture mouse movement in fullscreen" setting from winecfg does not help. The only fix that I could find is to run the game in Windowed mode, or use a virtual desktop. Perhaps I should open a different bug report. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
