Still present in wine-1.3.2-115-gd822555. Comment #11 is still valid. Running
3dsetup.exe with different win version:

Windows 98 -> "Error! Could not get 'HardWareKey' value." & exit

Windows XP -> ** IT WORKS **

That "HardWareKey" is some registry key missing under Win98? Adding +relay log,
because console is silence otherwise.
