With my tests for bug 55176 I think I found another change in behaviour.

Restoring a minimized fullscreen notepad gets not drawn immediately.
Just when moving the mouse inside the window or clicking again at the
window list entry (which should minimize notepad again).

This is with debian stable/trixie and kde plasma wayland.
Could it reproduce it with my desktop and inside a VM.

Steps to reproduce:
- wine notepad &
- maximize it
- minimize
- restore via clicking the entry in the application list
- stays black until another click at the entry
    in the application list (which should minimize notepad again)
    or moving mouse over the window

10.16~trixie-1    working
10.17~trixie-1    broken
11.0~rc1~trixie-1 broken

A git bisect leads to this commit:
