For source insight 4, the tool bar is too large to use when installed in all version of wine. But source insight 4 tool bar is normal in windows os. Which Wine version is that? Did it ever work correctly with older Wine?

They added a workaround for wine in newer versions, which I can confirm does fix the issue.
