Did 'winetricks vcrun2008' to get past bug 27199.
X-Lite's installer then fails with
err:msi:ITERATE_StartService Failed to open service L"FontCache3.0.0.0" (1060)

FontCache3 is said to be part of WPF.

The installer detects that .NET 3.5 is installed via registry key
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v3.5. So Wine needs a
(fake) FontCache3.0.0.0 service.
