I'm rather sure this isn't fixed, so I'm reopening it.  There was some email
exchange between me and Rob about it that wasn't here - sorry.

So:  I'm waiting for Rob to retest with current git plus attachment 8348. 
Rob's waiting to get a signed email from a client to test with.

I'm setting this to the correct component while I'm at it.
