Some Wintrust enhancements

Attached are some enhancements to wintrust stubs.
Though the stuff should work (using the same for my iTunes hack) it's not very
lively at the moment due to whole wintrust provider/catalog/cache
infrastructure missing.

Due to timing constraints i prefer resolving crashes/evil/hard-to-find bugs in
native code (throw any binary at me, i like the challenge).
Though i won't decline any requests for clean room engineering knowledge.
But they have to be specific.
