Apparently it used XSTREAMLOK copy protection. Looks like a regression, I checked gamemaker from bug 8298 and it crashes the same way. Jeff, I cannot reproduce that with current git. Gamemaker just starts fine here with current git. Jeff, I cannot reproduce that with current git. Gamemaker just starts fine here with current git. So what might be different between your and mine wine??
I'm not sure - I tried building wine on a different machine with a newer gcc, I get the same message you get on that machine, but moving the build directory to my regular computer it crashes exactly the same.
