It hangs on the login screen after clicking the Log In button. The logs then start filling up with messages like: 028c:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0295FA90 "?" wait timed out in thread 028c, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec) Reproduced on another machine running 5.15. A workaround is to downgrade back to 5.14.
