using VIDEOEDIT.OCX from http://www.viscomsoft.com crash with:
 page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code (0x100084a7)

the error is reproductible by download the demo version and run the vb example 

tested with the same issues on 0524,0628,0725
