[Bug 18336] New: HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH not set

I'm debugging Cooliris right now - and it crashes instantly because of HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH. It fixes that problem - but Cooliris will still crash later because of unimplemented GDI+ functions.
