With wine-11.1 and current vkd3d-git, I get the following messages that I'm not
sure are related:

<anonymous>:41:57: E5002: The 'double' type is not supported for the vs_2_0
profile.
<anonymous>:103:26: E5002: The 'double' type is not supported for the ps_2_0
profile.

And these that are covered in other bugs:

<anonymous>:186:11: E5017: Aborting due to not yet implemented feature: Writing
fx_2_0 sampler objects initializers is not implemented.
