Since you worked around and went into next problem, using that here. Hello folks,
the first problem is bug 45429 ("Inno Setup v5.x based game-installers using 'wintb' plugin fail with: 'Runtime error 229 at <address>' (Win7+ ITaskbarList3 ThumbBar/Thumbnail semi-stubs needed)") so it would be a dupe.
Since you worked around and went into next problem, using that here. Appdb says the game is working fine.

You didn't mention which game variant: Steam vs. non-Steam. Also try again with latest Wine version.
