[Bug 24900] New: DarkAges fails to run

I then downloaded and installed the game DarkAges without problem. Is this game freely available? if so please provide a link. It might be worth retesting with a newer version of Wine, 1.1.44 is nearly 6 months old.
Yes it is: http://darkages.com/ I actually did try to update Wine but it said it wasn't compatible with my operating system, and anyway this is the one that comes with WineBottler for Macs (since Wine on its own isn't available for Macs right?). I might just be doing something wrong because I'm pretty computer illiterate. Wine on its own is only in source code form.
