[Bug 22940] New: winhelp: Missing shadow line under menu strip

The Windows WinHlp32 draws a recessed frame outline around the window, which means there is a dark grey line under the menu strip, and another line under the button bar. There is no frame/outline in Wine winhlp32, which IMHO looks ugly.
