The problem is located somewhere in shell32.SHFileOperationW. The attached hack lets the application start properly, but this is most likely not the correct solution. Still present in Wine 7.0.
It seems fixed in current wine. I can reproduce the bug in wine-7.0 I have lying around here, but in current wine the bug is gone. The application starts fine for me in a non-wow64 build, but it crashes with a stack overflow in wow64 mode.
