Patch correcting numerous issues related with window max/minimization

This patch makes 10-12 msg testcases of different kind, related with window
max/minimization succeed (including the testcase related with this bug), as
well as improving situation with some more.
It has been submitted to wine-patches some days ago, but not accepted yet.
Thus I attach it here, for future reference.
