Run foobar2000, go to preferences -> Media Library tab. You're right. shared.dll is in the folder where I am running the program from. Shall I attach it to this bug report?

I moved the program folder from ~/.foobar2000 to ~/.wine/drive_c/Program_Files/foobar2000 and now it no longer crashes.
