If so, please give us detailed instructions how to reproduce the problem. I tried both versions (2.02 and 2.09) with 1.1.44, 1.2.3, 1.3.35 but couldn't seem to reproduce the problem: keyboard shortcuts worked, entering numeric data in the transform editor worked.
