[Bug 3749] Failure to install Dawn of War demo on Linux using Wine 0.9

This installer still has some issues with current cvs. It starts initializing
(probably extracting files) and then exits... All files can be found in
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/temp/kJ3401/8nB391823/ (last two directories may vary
per install probably) There i can find:
instmsi.exe             WinterAssaultDemo1.cab  WinterAssaultDemo.ini
instmsiw.exe            WinterAssaultDemo.exe   WinterAssaultDemo.msi

When i run msiexec WinterAssaultDemo.msi the installation runs just fine. The
app itself doesn't start because it can't find "SPooge Driver" whatever that maybe.

Summarized: it just fails to start msiexec on the .msi file. Anyone an idea what
the cause is?
