[Bug 4663] ypops no longer runs under wine 0.9.8, it ran perfectly under wine 0.9.7 and ealyer

 I reinstalled wine 0.9.7 (tarball) and ypops works again, so it's nothing    
wrong with my system.    
I then proceeded to make regression tests:   
(with: cvs update -PAd -D "2006-02-10 CDT") 
wine from 10.02.2006: works 
so the problem is between wine 10.02.2006 and 15.02.2006 
It takes a lot of time (1 to 1.5 hours) to do the regression test, i'll do 
some more when i have the time.
