I do have it, can't test at the moment, will in a few days.
With wine-1.9.8-194-gef36a25, I get an error about .Net 3 missing. I then installed winetricks dotnet30 in a clean prefix, and then quarkx. It starts, but hangs for me (this was over a remote X connection and could be why). But, there's no crash. The issues I saw in comment #1 aren't happening for me either.
