dde-program-v5.1.patch: Damjan's and Kent's patches, both combined into one big
patch

This file is simply Damjan's
<http://marc.info/?l=wine-patches&m=130946473324773> plus Kent's 
<http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=46467&action=diff>, both rolled into
one easy-to-apply patch.

I would like the entire Internet to test the patch please.  This includes you. 
The rightmost column of <http://appdb.winehq.org/viewbugs.php?bug_id=9159>
lists some affected programs which you can download for free.  Please pick one
or two, test the patch, and let us know if the patch works or not.  Comments
regarding the patch and/or improvements, would also be appreciated.

Dear Damjan:  While our readers are testing the patch, I wonder if you could
please submit it to wine-patches?

Also, dear Kent:  How well did your patched Wine work with PrintMaster 7?
