Battle.net launcher installed and starts, but almost immediately after, fails to load web content in the launcher, and Battle.net helper crashes. When the trace window is closed, it tries again and immediately crashes again. The launcher window remains, with spaces to enter login ID and password, but no button to login.

winetricks corefonts followed by a reboot did fix this problem.

Using winetricks to fix something is a workaround. And the 1st issue with battle.net was libcef. I got rid of constant crash message of libcef doing winetricks -q corefonts. I think all battle.net libcef bugs should be marked as dupe of bug 40432, but Rosanne marked that dupe of bug 32342. This bug is a dupe. with pure wine you need winetricks -q corefonts or you get constant crashes with libcef. After I did the game testing I renamed prefix and installed battle.net with wine-staging 2.0.rc2. And I had no issue with libcef. So Rosanne made right decision marking bugs dupe of bug 32342. That bug should include battle.net in title to make it more clear. Please mark this bug as dupe too.
