Yip, that patch fixes the bug. I tested with FeedingFrenzy
http://downloads.gamehouse.com/funpass/FeedingFrenzy2Install.exe, as scrabble
seems to suffer from another regression (in shdocvw). In starting FeedingFrenzy
on  a new ~/.wine i got this crash consistently, and your patch fixes it.
