During installation of the Split/Second:Velocity demo from Black Rock Studios,
the installer will hang for roughly 7 minutes until it completes successfully.
During this time, the installer simply shows "Please wait while setup is
finishing installation."

Let me know if you want me to provide logs.

The hanging is caused by the Dxsetup.exe /silent process. Tested with the
linked demo. See: bug #22774
